Delete your data
The apps have no account. The only data we hold on our server is your optional weekly leaderboard profile. Everything else stays on your phone.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and go to the Leaderboard.
- Open your Leaderboard profile.
- Choose Leave leaderboard and confirm.
The deletion happens on our server immediately.
Delete it by email
If you no longer have the app or the phone, email hello@8play.dev with your display name and the app's name (KneeClap, JackFit, and CardioFit). We delete the profile and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your display name, avatar colour and platform.
- The hash of the random code that identifies your phone.
- Every workout uploaded for the leaderboard: reps, active duration, start time, and in CardioFit the exercise and counting style.
- Reports about your display name, and reports you made.
What is kept
- Nothing about you on our server once the profile is deleted.
- Your workouts and settings on your phone. Delete them in the app's Settings, or delete the app.
- Purchases and subscriptions belong to Apple or Google. Manage them in your App Store or Google Play account.
