8PLAY STUDIOMulti-Agent Coaching Staff

Multi-Agent Coaching Staff

Follow up with clients, bring training context together, and review AI suggestions before important program changes. A planned coaching workspace where the coach keeps the final say.

In development. MVP in planning and development. No public product or beta is available yet.

More context. Less scattered work.

Independent coaches often handle client messages, training logs and follow-ups themselves. This project brings that work into one planned workspace, with specialist AI agents supporting the coach between sessions.

Who it’s for
Independent personal trainers, online coaches and small gyms, initially focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Availability
Release timing, beta access and pricing have not been announced.

Meet the planned AI staff

Proposed roles for the MVP. These describe the intended product, not currently available features.

Orchestrator

Connect the right specialist to each request.

Routes client messages and uploads, brings together relevant client context, and combines the specialists’ suggestions.

Coordinates the staff; important program decisions remain with the coach.

Form Analyst

Prepare a review of exercise form.

Uses uploaded video or images and previous form context to suggest corrections and flag concerns for review.

Proposals require coach review; live correction during exercise is outside the MVP.

Recovery Manager

Bring readiness into the training conversation.

Uses sleep, soreness and training load to suggest session adjustments. Wearable data is an optional future input.

Important program changes require approval. Permissions for minor adjustments are still being defined.

Client Companion

Keep the conversation going between sessions.

Supports client chat, reminders and simple workout or nutrition logging, alongside daily check-ins.

Cannot change the training program.

Report Agent

Prepare the coach’s weekly overview.

Summarizes client activity, trends and items that need attention, with reports planned for the workspace and email.

Reads and summarizes; does not change programs.

AI prepares the suggestion. The coach makes the call.

Important program changes go to the coach for approval, editing or rejection. Client chat does not have permission to change the training program.

  1. The client shares context

A message, daily check-in or uploaded exercise video starts the conversation.

  2. The staff prepares a response

The orchestrator routes the request to the relevant specialists and brings their output together.

  3. The coach reviews the proposal

Important program changes enter the approval queue. The coach can approve, reject or edit them.

  4. The client gets the approved update

After coach approval, the planned system applies the change and notifies the client.

A focused first version

The proposed MVP centers on client context, follow-ups and coach review.

For the coach

  • A client list showing who is active, needs attention or is waiting for approval.
  • An approval queue with the context to approve, edit or reject a suggestion.
  • Client conversation history and previous form reviews.
  • Program templates and weekly client summaries.

For the client

  • Chat and reminders between coaching sessions.
  • Uploaded form videos for selected exercises.
  • Short daily check-ins for soreness, sleep quality and mood.
  • Today’s program with simple set and rep logging.
Format
A web-first workspace, with a Progressive Web App planned before native mobile apps.
Languages
Vietnamese and English are the initial planned languages.
Outside the MVP
Real-time form correction, detailed meal planning, billing and payments, and native mobile apps.
Optional later
Apple Health / Google Fit and deeper wearable integrations are optional, not launch commitments.
Data & privacy
The proposed product would handle client messages, uploaded form videos and training or recovery information. Its product-specific privacy terms and data controls must be defined before a public launch. This project page does not collect those records.
