What it does
- Two exercises, counted by the motion sensors in your phone: Jumping Jacks and High Knee Claps.
- Each exercise has its own styles: Jump or low-impact Step for jacks, Clap or No-clap for knees.
- Sets of 30, 50 or 100 reps, or timed sets.
- Mixed Circuit chains both exercises with rests in between. Quick Mix is free.
- A weekly goal of 1 to 20 workouts, with haptics, sound ticks and a spoken count every 5, 10 or 20 reps.
- A summary after every set, and a share image you can post or save.
- An optional weekly leaderboard with a display name only.
How it works
- Hold the phone in one hand, screen toward your palm.
- Stand still for a moment while it calibrates.
- Start. Jacks count when your arms sweep overhead and back down; knee claps count when you clap under a raised knee.
