KneeClap
Hold your phone in your palm, raise a knee, clap under it. Every rep is counted by the phone's motion sensors.
In review. Submitted to the App Store and Google Play on 6 October 2026.
What it does
- 30 or 50 reps, or 1 or 2 minutes against the clock. Open workouts and custom sets come with Premium.
- Two counting modes: Clap counts each clap under the knee, No-clap counts the arm swing.
- A spoken count in your language, over your music, and a short spoken guide before you start.
- A summary for every set: reps per minute, rhythm, best 10 seconds, personal bests and a weekly goal.
- An optional weekly leaderboard with a display name only.
How it works
- Hold the phone along your palm, screen facing your palm.
- Stand still for a moment until you hear "Go".
- Do your high knee claps. A voice counts every rep.
